However, scrolling on the first column would realign the rows again.
Steps to replicate on latest Mac OS:
1. Go to page, scroll, works normally.
2. Then focus on another window. While focus is still on that window, mouse over the second column onwards and scroll, issue appears

Thanks for reporting. This has actually been reported before (DD-1425 for my reference) - and we'll report back here when there's an update.
