select option in datatable not work; cant get option with selected attribute

i have a Table working with datatable.net layout plugin;
but i need insert on it a select like the example;

the problem is that i cant get the option selected (i need the text) when i am runing the Export to excel; i have include al function i use to reach this.

i have a function to clean the cell of any html code.

the console of example show default: Sel
