I need the modal to have bigger size than this so it can display the whole title of the field.

The simplest would be to get rid of the unusual spelling. Unless you have something like "nowrap" specified you should have a line break in that text but not if your words are longer than the longest composite words in languages like German. So instead of writing "NeworkMeterIndentifier" you could write "Network Meter Identifier" to give Editor a chance to do a line break.
If that's not good enough for you I can show you how to manipulate the modal size using simple jQuery.
