Positioning of "collection" button is wrong in 1.10.21

Description of problem: if you look at the test case above, when you expand the "export" button, it is positioned far away from the button itself. In a prior version (I tested 1.10.15), the dropdown with the button collection is placed next to the export button as you would expect.

is this a regression or are there some other options required that are now mandatory?
