Search for empty cell in a column

I have implemented datatable on my table and each column has dropdown in header where i can select any value to search in that column.
My data also has empty cells in between. Now if i select empty string in dropdown, it doesnt filter anything and shows all results.
But i want to specifically show rows where that column value is empty. Any idea how this can be done while also not losing the ability to show all results
