May I Download Only UnMinified JS & CSS Files?

Maybe a silly question but I bought a Admin template website that came with a number of files for Datatables, all of which are .min.js

Just as .min.js files are available, are .js files also available?

All the DataTables source files are free of charge under an open source license, and can be downloaded in both full or minified,
