Define a button in the header

How do I define a button in the header in this part of the code?

I would like to place it here

I don't want to define it in html, I want to define it in js file, where I show in code

You can use jQuery or other method to add the button. Maybe this SO thread will help. There is nothing built into Datatables for this.
