Unable to download files using Latest version of TableTools

Hi All,
I tried using the latest version of table tools but I am unable to download files using csv or pdf or excel buttons. I went through the posts and even enabled access to swf files locally, bu the result was still the same.
I suspect this issue may not be related to swf file not being allowed to load as data tables 1.6 is working perfectly fine.
If somebody has been able to resolve this issue on local file system using plain html pages, please suggest!
