The problem with language Cyrillic.

Hello,

i use the dataTables in VueJs. I Mounted this componenta and tried to insert
in
...
"language": {
processing: "Something cyrillic...абв"...
Instead russian letters I've got rhombic symbols.
Than i tried so

"language": {
"url": "//cdn.datatables.net/plug-ins/9dcbecd42ad/i18n/Russian.json"
It is all Ok.

Why?
