I am getting Page Unresponsive errors on browser alert

I am seeing Page unresponsive alerts on browser as it seems this is might be a big file

I am doing excel and csv export and most often I see this alert message.

I had query how do I move the file download to a background process such as Web Worker

The Buttons export does not currently have that option.
