Excel orientation doesn't change to landscape but PDF does

So I am using landscape orientation for both Excel and PDF. It works for PDF but not for Excel and it still shows it in portrait mode and I have to change it to landscape in printer dialog. Code is very simple as below. What am I doing wrong?

Yep, that's only an option for the PDF button - it's not an option for Excel as that can be set later in the app itself,
