Creating anchor links in table cell

I want the user to be able to view a file on my server. I have the file location in the database.
How do I create an anchor to this file? Example, View File
Is this possible?

How is your table being generated? Can you just create the required HTML at that point? Otherwise fnRender is probably what you are looking for.
