Should navigation to the forum rules, no replies, and faq be consistent?

Problem: hyperlinks to two of these are not consistent.
Cause: it appears to inherit the url it uses based upon the page it rests.

Example of it working properly: Forums page
Url; https://datatables.net/forums/index
On this page, all three options (rules, replies, faq) offer up navigation to their expected destinations
forum rules redirects to: https://datatables.net/forums/rules
no-replies redirects to: https://datatables.net/forums/no-replies
faq (which works) redirects to: https://datatables.net/faqs/

Example of it not working properly: Bug reports
Url: https://datatables.net/forums/categories/bug-reports
On this page, the first two redirect to a page that isn't helpful.
