In Data table we have Column Visibility button when we invoke the button
I need to display all the columns showing in the list was in Alphabetical order

There is no option for that in the ColVis button at this time. It is shown in column order.

This is the point at which you could order the columns alphabetically if you watched to add that feature. A PR with that feature would be welcome.
