Prevent cascadePanes from resetting pagination position

How can I preserve my position in the pagination while using cascadePanes?

How to replicate:
1) Navigate to page 2 or more
2) Enter a number into Value column input box
3) Deselect the input box
4) The pagination resets to page 1

Is this possible or does cascadePanes just inherently draw too much?
