The datatable is not working

I am trying to use below link to produce the data table

For above example i am using Bootstrap 5 Styling,

Please guide if i am wrong in any place. Meanwhile i used zero configration example, which is working fine in below link

The DataTable is configured to read Ajax data from url: "data.php",. That is returning 404 Not Found, which you can see if you check the Network inspector in your browser.
