Duplicate .js names on install /download

When I download DT I get duplicate .js files for most:
dt.fixedheader.min js and fixHeader.dt.min.js.
dt.responisve.min.js and respnosive.dt.min.js.
etc etc.

Why? What one should I use? Both?

From the download builder? Just use the ones indiciated at the bottom of the download page in the link and script tags.
