That is a third party library. Support for the library will come from the developer. Click on the Homepage link of the URL you supplied for their github page. There isn't expertise for any of the Django libraries on this forum. There might be others to look at as well. I would make sure the library has recent activity on their github page and that it seems to be maintained.
