Presorting - NOT default sorting

Hi, I have a few rows, which i want to be placed always on first place. I try it with hidden number column, which indicate the few rows and ordering, but I am not able to make it work. So, is there any way to say that one column is always ordering ascendently, and user choice is using like second ordering?

Example:

default table
1 acb
2 def
2 ghi

after user want to sort text desc
1 abc
2 ghi
2 def
