When exporting to Excel need Password

When exporting a DataTable to Excel, can we set a password for Excel to require when opening?

I use this composer require phpoffice/phpspreadsheet,
But this protect the cell can not be edited but not on opening

I use libreoffice also still not working any body can advice me to to solve this issue.

anybody can help in this case
