I don't know I'm afraid. I'm working on other aspects of DataTables at the moment. If someone with a paid support package asks me to look into it, then it will take priority, but at the moment it is on the backlog that I'll get to when I possibly can.

Of course if someone else wants to look into it, it is open source and I'd welcome a PR to fix it.
And here it becomes obvious again: Open Source should not become self-exploitation! I don't think I'm suspicious of any “socialism”, but I do believe that open source is nice, but it's a real risk.
So people: Please buy Editor or support subsrciptions! Data Tables is still free. But in my opinion it shouldn't be.
Disclaimer: I have no stake in Data Tables, but I just love the software and I think the author of this software @allan should be rewarded much more than he currently is. And you guys want software support in the next couple of years too, I guess.
So please buy a license or a support subscription. Thanks.
