Event pre-row-reorder parameters not matching the document

Description of problem:
The event pre-row-reorder's parameters don't match the document. The node contains node and index, while index is undefined. Drag any row and check the console of the test case to see the issue.

Thanks for letting me know about this error. Since this has been released in a couple of versions of RowReorder now I'm going to update the documentation to match the implementation, rather than the other way around.

I've committed the change for the docs and it will be available on the site soon.
