I am currently using the Quill plugin and am getting the following warning:
[Deprecation] Listener added for a synchronous 'DOMNodeInserted' DOM Mutation Event. This event type is deprecated (https://w3c.github.io/uievents/#legacy-event-types) and work is underway to remove it from this browser. Usage of this event listener will cause performance issues today, and represents a risk of future incompatibility. Consider using MutationObserver instead.
It looks like this issue is going to be fixed with the latest release on March 1st. Was wondering if the DataTables plugin for Quill would also be getting upgraded at this time.

I've just tried the existing plug-in with Quill 2 rc2 and it appears to work without any issue.
Did you try it and run into issues? If so, what errors did you get?
Looking at their release notes I don't immediately see any breaking API changes.
