Can datatables be used in android app built on ruby on rails and react native?
My Devs are saying that its not possible.
Iam not that familiar with android app development.

DataTables is a Javascript library. If you can use Javascript in your development environment, then you can use DataTables.
Frankly, I don't know if you can - that would be one to discuss with your dev team.
