Fomantic-UI Select Error on Typing

Fomantic-UI Select Error on Typing

Hi
This is not important, functionally still works fine

Have recently upgraded to DT2 and Editor 232 but not sure if this is related to that as I just noticed it while looking for something else.

I am using Fomantic-UI (v2.9.3) as the theme.

When using a SELECT box in a modal (New Record using JOIN) if you type a letter (to shortcut to the entry you want) it errors with:

Uncaught TypeError: can't access property "hasClass", t is undefined

I have not got a test case as this happens on the main DT Editor Example Page (this only has a few options my list is 700 long, the shortcut still works):

https://editor.datatables.net/examples/inline-editing/join.html

Select NEW -> Select the Drop Down -> Type a letter 's'

Expected Behavior: Drop Down goes to the Items starting with S and no error
Actual Behavior: Drop Down goes to the Items starting with S and errors in log

Is this a bug or have I missed something simple (again !!)

Thanks - Love DT

Pete

    Hi Pete,

It looks like it is a bug in Fomantic UI. You can see the same thing on their dropdown page.

I've reported the issue with a few more details to them.

It has been fixed in that issue and should be in the next Fomantic patch release.
