Can I perform data analysis without programming knowledge?

I'm interested in getting started with data analysis, but I don't have any programming experience. Is it possible to perform meaningful data analysis without knowing how to code? If so, what tools or methods can I use to analyze data effectively? I'm looking for options that are user-friendly and cater to beginners. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.
