Why can't I log in to the Editor, but DataTables can still work properly?

Why can't I log in to the editor, but DataTables can still work properly with the same username and password?
I can still use Editor when I log in DataTables. Why?

I'm afraid you'll need to give me some more information here. You say you can't login to Editor - do you mean the Editor website, or a site/app that is using Editor? What error are you getting? When you say you can log in to DataTables and can use Editor, I don't understand what you mean by that either?
