Bug when combining FixedHeader 4.0.3 and FixedColumns

Description of problem: Seems like FixedHeader 4.0.3 introduced a bug when combining with FixedColumns.
Ref test case: Use a narrow window and scroll to the left to show the fixed column. Then scroll down. The headers are not aligned as shown in the picture attached:

All works fine with FH 4.0.2 ...
