I have a question about editor license. If I use the examples (lib js scripts), available in docs, this is permitted or I need purchase a license ?

Only the core Editor Javascript carries a commercial license. The other libraries I publish on this site are all MIT licensed open source.

Can you tell me which script you are looking at specifically? You wouldn't want to include demo.js or editor-demo.js in your own pages - they are specific to the demos and wouldn't have any relevance to other projects I suspect.
