Scroller not initializing on 3.1.3

Hi Allan,

I just tried out 3.1.3 over 3.1.2 and like to report a possible bug:
The scroller plugin (its function) seem not to be present on the first Config.drawCallback invocation:

dataTableOptions.drawCallback = () => this.#onDraw();

(I didn't test if it initializes at all - Just stopped on this error)

I've just been clicking around the Scroller examples (e.g. this one) and it seems to be working okay. Are you able to link to a page showing the issue please?
