File extensions not present on 2nd through nth download

I am using DataTables v1.8.2 and a few of my users sharing a common configuration are reporting an issue with their downloads. I am currently allowing CSV and PDF downloads. Their initial download is named correctly with the extension present. Their 2nd through nth download is missing the extension, however.
This is only happening (to the best of my knowledge) on Win7 32 bit IE8 w/Flash 11.1.102.55 installed. Any ideas? I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my own Windows VM, and my other users running IE8 on WinXP don't seem to have the issue, either.
