ColVis won't uncheck with jQuery 1.7.1

I know this was an issue with jQuery 1.6, fixed in 1.6.1, but it's back in 1.7.1

With the problems with using .live, it seemed like a good idea to move to jQuery 1.7.1 and change to .on

So, to get ColVis to uncheck, do I have to go back to jQuery 1.6.1 and re-do all the instances of .on to .delegate??

Anyone have a better idea?

UPDATE: Duh, I should have checked for ColVis updates first. I was using ColVis-1.0.3 When I upgraded to 1.0.7 all seems fine.
