Typo in SWF filename

Pedantic I know but the SWF filename has always bugged me as I have to rename it every upgrade. It should be "copy_csv_xls.swf" instead of "copy_cvs_xls.swf".

Oops! Thanks for flagging that up! I've just committed the fix - the file name and the reference to it will be correct in the next TableTools release (not to far away) :-)
