FixedHeader: Row-height mismatch between leftmost column & right columns; excessive height

2 issues arise when using the FixedHeader add-on with a fixed leftmost column and 1 or more fixed header rows:
-The height/positioning of rows is mismatched between the leftmost column and all columns to its right
-The height is excessive, given the maximum required height across all instances
