TableTools 2.0.3 Error in examples

Hi Allan,
I find an mistake in the example swf_path.html, there is the copy_cvs??? instead of copy_csv???, too.

Another thing, if I running the examples don't work the xls and pdf export, while the copy and print work. I test with IE and Firefox. Is it my problem or a problem of the examples?
