Need help on getting data from database..

Hello all,

Am new to Database world.. I need below things to get sorted..

1) I want list the tables from the database..
2) List the data from database but each page limited rows count.. Since data have around 35,000 rows ..

My setup here:
Server: Coldfusion
sqlserver: MSSQL
