sorting by default in the reverse order

I use the sorting date. I add the plugin from Ronan Guilloux found on this page http://www.datatables.net/plug-ins/sorting. Everything works, but by default are sorted by the first of the latter. And I do not know how to do the opposite: from the first days of the past.
Help me please with this question.
