@Allan can you point me in a good direction on how to change the html of a custom display of Editor. Lets say, how can i override Editor.Field template

I'm sorry to say there is no way to do that. It is a long term goal of mine to add that ability into Editor, but tempting isn't something that is currently possible and the HTML structure is fixed for the fields. Any changes would need to be made in the source files.
