Hello i have problem with a popup ( i included code in table)but this dont work only when i log out :O dunno what fix it

Can you give me exact steps on on to reproduce the error on your page please?
I currently get the error:
when loading the page, which is due to the number of header columns not matching the body / or possibly not matching the number defined in the Javascript.
