How to create "Headers and Footers" on datatables PDF?

Hello! 
I'm trying to add headers (Logo of the company, etc) and footers (Adress of the company, Number of pages, etc) from a report in PDF generated by DataTables.... Is this possible?!
If not native, how can i word around? I mean.. is there some way to get the data (Filter apllied) in JSON to mount on PHP?!
As you guys can see english inst my first language.. So be patient please

yes header and footer can be easily created using the plugins...
