Excel sheet exported from datatable opens in protected view

Hi,
When I use the export function to download data as excel sheet, then open it in my MS Excel program, the sheet opens in protected view, with a warning about file being originated form internet and potentially dangerous.
This happens on the example on the datatable website - https://datatables.net/extensions/buttons/examples/initialisation/export
Also, same when I am using the feature in my own intranet infrastructure.
Any suggestions to fix the problem ?

That's weird - I don't see that happening at all. Are you using Mac or Windows? What version and what version of Excel?
It could be something that can't be worked around if it is coming from the OS for files that have been downloaded without a signature.
