table width 100% is not working

Hello,

My problem is my table doesn't use the 100% width.
The table is hidden at the loading of the page.

see the example :

I tried to add Bootstrap CDN and the class "table" but it doesn't work.

You are block displaying a table. It should be:

$('#example1').css('display','table') ;
