How to deploy datatables, fixedheader and others using composer?

Couldn't find a solution for this. Please guide me to preferred way.
Forking dist repos and adding them to packagist.org seems an overkill. And I found some outdated shim repos for that, don't want to increase their number

I'm afraid we don't currently publish out libraries for composer. We'd take pull requests to add them though - all our repos are here - its the
Dist-*repos that would need the files added.Allan
