I'm using bootstrap3 and I've tried to customize the plugin descriptions following this example https://editor.datatables.net/reference/option/i18n
I see that the plugin is loosing any markup, for example the <H3> tags in header title of the create new entry forms.
Can anyone provide me an explanation?

Agreed, I'm seeing that here too - thanks for reporting. I've raised it internally (DD-2021 for my reference) and we'll report back here when there's an update.
