You mean the buttons in the bottom right of your picture? This plug-in can be used for that.

sorry to make you confuse, what I meant was I don't want to use the paging button but I want to put a dropdownlist there.
how to accomplish this?
Did you try the paging plugin Allan linked to? It uses a select list to choose the page.
