I have used the pageSize: 'TABLOID', but still some more fields are missing while exporting into PDF.I have more than 20 columns and all needs to be a mandatory columns and I need them in export to PDF.
How to solve to get all columns of data.And how do I customize my pdf size. Bcoz some time column data might be big.

There isn't really a better option at the moment I'm afraid. The pdfmake library that we use doesn't really handle overflowing tables, and we don't try to do anything too smart with it. I think you'd probably need a server-side pdf generator to handle such a document.
