Hi.
I am using version 2.0 of datatables and have also installed the plugins.
If I try to use the pagination plugin with the text input I get this error: Uncaught TypeError: plugin is not a function.
I integrated datatables and plugins with npm.
Has anyone had the same error and can help me?

I haven't updated the paging plug-ins for v2 yet I'm afraid. I suspect that is the issue (although you haven't provided a test case, so I can't be certain).

The problem is the pagination plugin. If I remove that, everything works perfectly.
Will there be an update of this plugin? For me it is very useful.

There will be - I'm just struggling to keep up with everything at the moment. Hopefully I'll work my way through them next week.

I will use the previous version of datatables for now. When you are able to update the plugins as well I will switch to the new version.

Not at this time, although I would happily take a pull request with an update.
There is also discussion on this topic here with a brief description of how I would approach it.
I'll get it done as soon as I can, but I need to prioritise other things at the moment, including paid support items.
