Headers misaligned when using Serverside , scrollX, nowrap, on pagination change

It seems that when using serverSide and scrollX ,and nowrap on pagination change if the data in the table rows are not the same sizes the headers misaligns.

there is no tabs and table is initialized as basic initialization.

I've attached the html page and the json data.

    Thank you for the test case - that was super helpful to identify the issue!

    I've committed a fix. It will be in the nightly soon and the 2.1.9 release which I'll plan to make next week.
