Sort using 2 columns, one with specific values order

Hi,I have a table with currency code and amount and I need to sort using the following order:
First GBP
Second USD
Third EUR
and each group by amount, for example

Currency Amount
GBP 10
GBP 11
GBP 12
USD 10
USD 11
USD 12
EUR 10
EUR 11
EUR 12
