Export as CSV...add incremented value

I have a report table where I removed numerous rows and then export as CSV using the tabletools plugin. I want to automatically add a zero padded incremental number to the rows of a column once it goes to export...Any ideas on how i can do this?

    You could do something like this: http://datatables.net/examples/api/counter_column.html . If you don't want the column visible in the web-page, set that column to visibility hidden, and tell TableTools to export hidden columns.
